Joyce's Cheese 'n' 'Chokes

• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 8 oz. sour cream
• 3 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese (not the powered kind, but real Parmesan cheese)
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. white pepper
• 1/2 can artichoke hearts, drained and diced
• 1/2 cup diced onion

Combine cream cheese and sour cream. Add rest of ingredients. Serve with toasted pita wedges or crackers of choice.

JEANNE'S MONKEY-BREAD

• 1 pkg. frozen dinner rolls (24 rolls)
• 1 pkg. cookable Butterscotch pudding
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 stick butter or margarine

Put 1/2 cup pecans in bottom of bundt pan. Put in rolls and sprinkle with pudding powder and rest of pecans. Mix melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon over rolls. Let rise in oven 6 hours or overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Wonderful dish to make the night before a romantic night; makes the morning after soooo much easier.
