Here is a side dish that is wonderful with chicken or pork.
In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, and hot sauce. Add potatoes and onions; toss to coat well. Place in a 2-qt casserole in an even layer. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Garnish with chives.
Here is a great easy snack to take to a party.
Bring bacon to room temperature, then cut each slice in half. Combine sugar and cinnamon and coat each slice with sugar mixture. Twist bacon and place in a shallow baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crisp. (Watch closely because sugar burn easily)
Place on foil to cool. Serve at room temperature. Makes 8 servings.
