Peel and section orange. Peel and cut bananas in half length-wise, then in halves crosswise. Cut papaya in half, peel, and remove seeds before cutting into thick slices. Arrange fruit in shallow baking pan, pour dressing over fruit, and marinate for about an hour. Just before serving, rinse and drain lettuce. Drain off dressing from fruit and reserve. Sprinkle fruit lightly with brown sugar. Broil fruit about 4 inches from heat about 5 minutes or until lightly brown. Meanwhile, divide lettuce into four portions on individual plates. Arrange warm fruit on lettuce and spoon dressing over all.
Wash and dry chicken breasts; place in 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours, occasionally basting. Drain, reserving liquid. Broil chicken until crisp and brown.; turn to brown other side. Meanwhile, simmer marinade until it's sauce; serve hot over chicken.
